Workflow engineering for firms of one to four attorneys
It might be intake. It might be document assembly, status updates, or the same three fields retyped every morning. I find the biggest one, fix it, hand it over, and show you the count.
Intake is the most common case, because it is the only step a stranger can test from outside. It is not the rule. The same arithmetic applies to any task done the same way, by hand, every week.
If none of these is yours, name the one that is. That is what the first conversation is for.
One workflow, built inside the tools you already pay for. It runs in your accounts, under your name. I hold access while the work is open and nothing after it closes.

You do not get
I time the task you name, as it actually happens, and show you the count before anything is built. If the number is small, I will say so and stop.
One workflow, chosen from what the evidence shows. Fixed scope, six hours of build time, your accounts, your tools.
It goes live one step at a time. Then a written runbook, a short walkthrough, and thirty days in which I fix what I broke.
There are no client logos on this page and no testimonials, because there are no clients to name yet.
That is the reason the price is $399 and not $4,000. The first three firms get the lowest price I will ever charge. The only thing I ask in return is permission to describe the result in one paragraph, with the number in it, in your own words or mine.
If that trade does not suit you, wait a year and hire someone with a wall of logos.
Tell me the one task that keeps coming back, or the one nobody owns but everybody does. I answer every message myself, within one business day.
I am not a lawyer, and I do not give legal advice. Nothing I build touches a client file or makes a legal judgment; if your question is a legal one, it belongs with your attorney, not with me.
